Passu App User Agreement

Effective Date: April 21, 2025

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Passu mobile application ("App"), operated by Passu Team. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Passu App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement The Passu App is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use the App, and you must immediately uninstall or stop using it.

2. Privacy and Data Collection Your use of the Passu App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3. User Account To access certain features of the Passu App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App You agree to use the Passu App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior while using the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the App’s code or functionality.

5. Content The Passu App may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of the content you create or share but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary for the operation of the App.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the App or its users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Passu App is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or be error-free. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Agreement in the App. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in California.

By using the Passu App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
